At Hair at 58, we strive to provide the highest level of service to all our clients. To ensure optimal appointment availability and to respect the time of both our team and clients, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in the loss of the 50% deposit paid upon booking. This policy enables us to maintain efficient scheduling and offer appointment slots to other clients.

In line with this commitment, we are pleased to announce the implementation of Vish, an advanced colour management system that enables us to accurately measure the exact amount of product used during your colour service.
This innovative system ensures fair and transparent pricing for all clients. Here’s how it works:
• For services that require the standard amount of colour, your pricing will remain unchanged.
• Should additional product be needed due to hair length, thickness, or porosity, we will now be able to precisely calculate the cost of the extra colour, and this will be reflected in your final bill.
We will always keep you informed if any additional product is required, so you can be confident in knowing exactly what your service entails and what to expect in terms of cost.

Arriving late can affect not only your service but also the appointments of other clients. If you arrive late, we may need to modify your service to fit within the remaining time, or, in some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment altogether to ensure that all clients receive the attention and care they deserve.

To ensure that we can provide the best outcome while respecting our schedule and other clients, we kindly inform you that appointments requiring extended time will incur additional charges. These charges reflect the extra time, product, and attention necessary to complete your service to the highest standard.
Our team will always communicate with you ahead of time if your service will require additional time and cost, ensuring full transparency.
To secure your appointment at Hair at 58, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that we can dedicate the appropriate time and resources to your service.
Please note, the deposit is fully refundable if you provide 48 hours’ notice in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. However, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
To ensure that we can provide the best possible service during your appointment at Hair at 58, we kindly ask that you wear appropriate clothing. Specifically, we request that hooded jumpers and high roll-neck jumpers be avoided, as they can make it difficult for our team to work effectively.
Loose, comfortable clothing is ideal, allowing easy access to your hair without obstruction. This will help us deliver a smooth and efficient service while maintaining your comfort throughout the appointment.

At Hair at 58, your safety and well-being are our top priorities. To ensure that all our clients receive colour services in the safest possible manner, we require an allergy patch test to be completed at least 48 hours prior to any colour treatment.
This test is mandatory for:
• New clients receiving colour services for the first time.
• Existing clients who have not had a colour service in the last 12 months.
The allergy patch test allows us to check for any potential sensitivities or reactions to the colour products we use. If you do not undergo this test within the required time frame, we will be unable to proceed with your colour appointment.
